Cold rolling plants
Our product range cold rolling plants consists of two fields:
- Upgrading and retrofitting of existing plants, incl. assembly and putting into operation,
- New concept development of plants, incl. assembly and putting into operation.
When upgrading a plant, we guarantee our customers brief downtimes of the production plants by optimal utilisation of the existing infrastructure.
In the area of new concept development we stand for innovative concepts. In this connection, the focus of our comprehension and action is on the productivity of the plant and the wishes of our customers with regard to operation and handling.
Our plants are characterised by compact construction, reliability, operating safety and productivity.
Strip processing lines
In the field of strip processing lines we perform successful work in developing and constructing machines and plants for the treatment of metal strips.
We realise projects of individual machines, such as coiler, stretcher leveller, trimming shears, longitudinal/cross cutting shears, and coil lifting cars for variable application areas.
From continuous casting, hot and cold rolling mills, wire-rod-mills, beammills as well as strip processing lines right up to slitting lines etc., we have acquired a high degree of production know-how in over 20 years and have -among others- delivered and mounted:
- Pay-on/pay-off reels, tension reels, coil lifting cars,
- Hot/cold levelling units, tension-leveller units, side trimmers, scrap choppers, mill entry/exit guiding, entry/exit clamping devices, oil wiper units, paper winders,
- Squeezing roll stands, looper car, swivel gates, bridle roll units,
- WR-/BUR-changing units, spindle head clamping devices, spindle supports, cold/ hot saws, descaler units,

We provide you with complete assemblies or plants from one source.
Basic-/detailed engineering up to hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and control engineering are only a small extract of our performance possibilities.
